OG have announced that they will compete at the upcoming GAMERS GALAXY: Invitational Series Dubai 2022 with a replacement. The team’s in-game leader Mikhail "Misha" Agatov will not be able to participate in the event and will be temporarily replaced by the team’s coach Evgenii "Chuvash" Makarov.

The organization explained that Misha will not be able to partake in the event due to visa issues – “given the current conflict in Ukraine, it was uncertain if Misha would be able to return to the EU to finish his visa process. We are not willing to jeopardize the safety of our players travelling during the current times”.

23-years-old Russian player Chuvash joined OG last December as a coach and helped the team to 4th in the DPC league and finish 3rd in the Regional Finals. This is his first experience in the coaching role – earlier he played for Creepwave, Extremum and Team Unique.

At GAMERS GALAXY, OG will compete in Group B alongside BOOM, Nigma Galaxy SEA, Secret and Virtus.pro. The event begins tomorrow, on March 2nd, and will feature a $270,000 prize pool.
